I'm Stéphanie, a French native designer with a strong focus on accessibility, inclusion and service design.

I live in Scotland. Most of my work is in the public sector.

My pronouns are she/elle.

I'm available for remote contracts from April 2025

What I do

• work with people to understand their needs
• help teams and individuals to be better at accessibility and inclusion
• speak at events and in organisations
• meet with the Design and Accessibility communities to learn and share

What I like

• learning from people, their needs, their frustrations and improving their experience
• discovering things I had never realised before
• making complex processes clear and easier where possible
• mentoring people new to design or looking to switch career
